Year 2000 Readiness Disclosure

We are pleased to announce that Silicon Transistor Corporation is YEAR 2000 COMPLIANT.

All of our systems have been reviewed and modified, as necessary, to assure you that STC will continue to provide, on an uninterrupted basis, the outstanding service you are accustomed to, without interruption, through January 1, 2000, and into the 21st Century.

STC has also been in contact with, and has been working with, our suppliers to ensure their compliance. We feel there are no significant issues that would result in an interruption of their service to STC, or would have any effect on our service to you. However, STC cannot be liable for issues any of our suppliers may have that are beyond our control.
