1. We will have one of our Construction coordinators, job foreman or both meet with you at your home to go over your installation or remodel prior to the beginning of the job in order to identify with you the time frame, answer questions, go over any last minute concerns, etc.
2. We will start on the day that we say we will and we will return each day until the job is complete.
3. We will not put a sign in your yard.
4. We will not put a dumpster at your home but will take our job refuse with us daily and dispose of it at our facility.
5. We will place drop cloths to and from the work site and points of entry
6. We will try to keep clutter, dust and dirt to a minimum during your contract.
7. Plumbing- All piping and drainage will be to code. Isolation ball valves will be installed on water lines. Plumbing will be neat and clean to manufacture specs or better.
8. Damaged subfloor, studs, and or joists will be repaired, and or replaced.
9. All drywall will be moisture resistant.
10. Backer board will be adhered to the floor for tiling with nails and construction adhesive to minimize or eliminate flex and movement in the floor.
11. Backing will be put in walls for pedestals, shower doors, and or grab bars when appropriate.
12. Fixture faucets and accessories will be installed to manufacture specs or better, with manufacture provided hardware or better.
13. Tile will be installed to factory specs using hydroment installation products including levelers, grout, caulking and sealers when appropriate.
14. In the event subcontractors are used, ie granite fabricators for walls or counters, it will be coordinated by our people. You can expect the same quality commitment from them as you do from us.
15. Ceiling, walls, trim, beadboard etc, will receive at least two coats when applicable
16. Our workers will be courteous, clean, neat, and respectful to you during your contract.
17. You will not be left out but instead will be an integral part of the construction process; it's your home and we want you happy in it.
