A Lowell Five Statement Savings Account has all of the features of the Passbook Savings Account. However, instead of a passbook you receive convenient monthly statements.
Also you can access your money through the Automated Teller Machine, a feature that enables you to withdraw your funds at any time from any XPRESS 24 or CIRRUS Network ATM machine, 24 hours a day.
