Project Scope: power and lighting systems,

This new Research and Development
Center featured a main building totaling
170,000 square feet and comprised of three
houses connected into one structure. The
structure contained laboratories, offices
and support areas. In addition, a remote
20,000 sq.ft central utility plant was built
to service this facility and future expansions.

This 250,000 square foot design build fast-track
tenant build-out included a biotech laboratory
(90,000 square foot), office (40,000 square
foot) and support (20,000 square foot) space.
We were responsible for the electrical engineering,
design and installation, and completed the
project on-time in 20 months from initial
design to final inspection. |

For this design build project we developed
a pilot plant that would house laboratories,
clean room spaces and building services. The
design and installation consisted of upgraded
utility services, and new incoming service
equipment for the building's power distribution. |
