This pre-engineered project
consisted of the construction of a new 40,000
square foot Residence Hall to house 150
students, and the expansion and renovation
of the existing campus Student Center to
serve the additional student population.

This expansion and renovation
consisted of 120,000 sq.ft and was delivered
in two phases. During the first phase of
construction, the existing dining and kitchen
area was maintained and kept fully operational.
After the semester ended, our team had 3
months to renovate these areas for completion
under phase two. |

The Alfond Student Center at St. Joseph's
College was a design build project consisting
of 52,000 sq.ft of athletic facility. This
facility features an Olympic-size waveless
swimming pool and a multitude of training
rooms and related features. |
