IMSverify is a new module providing integrated NC verification, including material removal and collision checking between tool, holder, stock and fixtures. IMSverify provides unique functionality with synchronized views of the CAM output (APT/CL), machine G-code, and graphic simulation of the tool motion and material removal. Affordably priced, IMSverify brings world-class G-code verification to every CAM seat.

Solids-Based Material Removal

IMSverify provides solids-based simulation provides for the most accurate verification of material removal. Stock and fixture information can be imported from the users CAD/CAM system, and the resulting geometry from the verification can be used for successive operations.

G-code, not APT, verification
