your facility, tools in hand, to
repair or rebuild your mixer,
perform a mechanical audit of all of
your Admix equipment, and provide
training for you and your staff.
James knows the equipment inside and
out and is anxious to share his
knowledge and experience with you.
One customer was experiencing
chronic mechanical seal failure on
their in-line units. We noticed a
spike in this customer's spare parts
orders, called it to their
attention, and were at their
facility within a week of the
initial phone call. We were able to
offer a seal upgrade option and were
also able to provide guidance with
their process to ensure that the
in-line units were not run dry.
Their spare parts orders have
drastically been reduced since our
visit.
Our repair and rebuild program
offers you the opportunity to return
your mixer(s) to us for inspection
by our trained and knowledgeable
staff. We share our findings with
you and offer suggestions on how to
prevent future problems. Your mixer
