to build our own facility a few
miles away in Manchester and
recently doubled the size of our
building in 2007. It's been a great

How can you do it?
With the Admix Fastfeed
Powder Induction and Dispersion
skid. The Fastfeed
allows you to make your own
liquid sucrose.
Below is a
sample calculation if you use
10,000 gallons of liquid sucrose
weekly:
There is 75,000 pounds of
granulated sucrose dissolved in the
10,000 gallons of a 67.5 brix
liquid sucrose. You would need
37.5 bulk bags (2,000 lbs.) of
granulated sucrose. The
Fastfeed will induct and
disperse granulated sucrose from
bulk bags at up to
400 pounds per minute
allowing you to make 10,000
gallons of liquid sucrose
conservatively in 4
hours.

We recently supplied a Fastfeed
powder induction & dispersion
skid for a beverage processor's
new product. They needed a
faster and safer way to add
10,000 pounds of granulated
sucrose to their 9,000 gallon
batch tank. The Fastfeed
allowed the processor to
increase capacity
and completely
dissolve
the sucrose faster from the
safety of floor level
as compared to dumping
sugar directly into the top of
the 9,000 gallon blend tank.

month, our Field Service team
called a long-standing customer
to schedule an
in-plant equipment audit
and recommended that we sit down
to review what appeared to be
excessive replacement parts
usage in 2008. The Plant
Manager seemed a bit surprised

and brought it to his

savings of
51-73% per mixer.

eliminate premature
bearing failure and
water intrusion and
