Please register directly from your copy of CyberDesk software. (Help menu | MediaPhonics on the Web | Register Online)

Note: If you have come to this page other than by CyberDesk, you will need to activate cookies in your Internet browser. 

TThis will authenticate you as a CyberDesk owner and some fields (such as product versions, your names, ...) will be automatically filled in the registration form.
