Duties:

  • Customer Phone Support / Help Desk

Technical Environment Elements:

  • Windows NT on IBM compatible PC
  • Visual Basic Compatible Language
  • ODBC compatible data base/embedded SQL
  • Telephony and data communications

Requirements:

  • BSCS / BSEE or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • PC Hardware/operating system Familiarity
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team

Additional Pluses:

  • Telephony experience (analog, T1, E1, ISDN, SS7)
