NT Applications Software Engineer
This individual will help design and implement the next release of our Hammer telephony application test software. Experience with coding and debugging. Experience with general NT programming required. 2+ yrs. experience with Windows-based applications, NT performance tuning, multi-processor applications. This is a possible tech lead position.

Voice Applications Engineer
You will design GUI applications to help SQA professionals create and execute complex software testing. 2+ yrs. experience with Visual Basic applications on NT or Win95. Knowledge of telephony or data network applications a definite plus.

NT Server Engineer
The ability to program server resident software to support remote GUIs and network agents is required, as is experience with database programming (using C). In-depth knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, RPC, SNMP), server side JAVA RMI and HTTP a huge plus.

Software Quality Engineers
These are excellent opportunities for experienced engineers to work at a company where software quality assurance is it’s business. Candidates must have experience with writing test scripts or test communication software. The ability to program in Visual Basic or familiarity with SQA automation tools (QAPartner, VisualTest, etc) is a plus.

Software Generalists
Numerous positions available for energetic software engineers to design, develop, unit test and integrate software test applications for domestic and international customers. Development will be in C and C++ with Windows on NT platform. GUI development will be MFC-based Successful candidate should have experience in all phases of software development, work well in a team environment and have good communications skills. Candidate should have the ability to understand and contribute at the system level.

Principal GUI System Engineer
This position needs an individual that can provide a high level design for a GUI used in a software test application. You must be able to think beyond the technology to how to provide a user interface that is simple yet powerful enough for users to design tests for complex software systems. 5+ years experience designing graphical interfaces for software development tools. Knowledge of NT, Visual Basic client/server applications and DCOM a must.

Telecom Protocol Engineers
Expand your knowledge of telecommunications protocols and applications. This positions entails working on the latest variants of telephony switching protocols to develop testing and monitoring equipment for large telecom systems. Experience with SS7 or ISDN a must. Experience with C++, DCOM or windows NT a plus, but will train if needed. A tech lead position is open.

Voice-over-Network Protocol Engineers
Work with the latest protocols such as H.323 and SIP to provide testing and monitoring software for the fast growing Voice-over-Network industry. 5+ years experience with networking protocols a must. Experience with C++, DCOM or windows NT a plus, but will train if needed.

Computer Telephony (CTI) Development Engineer
Using your knowledge of TAPI or TSAPI you will develop tools for generating tests for large scale Call Center systems. 3+ years experience with CTI systems (IVR, ACD, Screen Pop) using Visual Basic or C++ development tools .

Datacomm Software Engineers
Develop timing critical network protocol monitoring tools. Experience in Network Adapter drivers, NDIS, TCP/IP, X.25, IPX, SNMP. 5+ years experience using C or C++ in a NT or UNIX environment. If you have experience in embedded systems this might be an exciting opportunity to grow your Datacomm skills.

Entry Level Software Engineers
We are looking for energetic people who have training in C++, Networking or Server based applications. Must have good oral and written communications skills. BS required, but will train in communications software.

Technical Writers
Background in on-line and Web based documentation for software products. We are looking for creative individuals that understand how to make complex systems easy to use. Experience with RoboHelp and Word97 a plus.
