Product /Program Manager
This position reports to the Vice President of Engineering
and ensures a "Ready for Market" status of our product
while interacting with all departments in our division.
Duties:
- Market Analysis - Manage Usage Problems/ Bugs, perform
competitive reviews
- Strategic Planning
- Project Management - Development contract, Internal Specs,
Implementation, Costing/Configuration, BOM, Product Definition,
Project Tracking through all technical departments
- Promotion - Laptop Demo Development for Sales Staff, Create
Product Focused Data Sheets
- Internal Communications - White Papers, Cost Justifications,
Project Status Reporting
- Sales Phone Support - Answer queries from our sales staff on
special configurations, Agency approvals etc.
Technical Environment Elements:
- Strong technical aptitude
- Fluency with Windows NT
- Experience in the Telephony, Data Communications area
Requirements:
- BS in a technical discipline a plus or equivalent
