Manager, Professional Services
Responsibilities:
- Develop a portfolio of Call
Center Testing Service offerings for Hammers sales
organization.
- Define and document a set of
methodologies for delivering call center testing services.
- Manage and deliver call center
testing engagements
- Develop and deliver proposals
and quotes to clients in conjunction with Hammers sales
organization for call center telecommunications systems testing
services.
- Recommend testing strategies to
clients based on the clients objectives and develop
appropriate test plans
- Conduct testing using Hammer
test systems
- Write-up and deliver test
results for clients
Requirements:
- Experience with call center
technology environment including ACD, PBX, CTI, and IVR.
- Experience developing QA and
test plans for telecommunications systems
- Experience using Hammer test
systems and writing test scripts
- Experience programming
telecommunications systems such as PBX and IVR systems.
- Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
- Able to work with minimal
direction
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent technical skills
- Able to work independently
- Willingness to travel 50% or
more.
