Call Center Professional Services Manager
Duties:
- Define service offerings and developing delivery methodology
- Establish revenue and hiring targets
- Define job descriptions, roles, and responsibilities
- Initiate and manage vendor partner relationships
- Work with regional sales and operations staff to achieve business targets
- High level management of strategic client relationships
Requirements:
- BSEE/BSCS or equivalent
- 5+ years experience in computer telephony field
- 5+ years experience in professional services delivery
- Professional services management experience
- Technical understanding of call center systems - ACD, IVR, CTI middleware, etc.
