Call Center Professional Services Manager


Duties:
  • Define service offerings and developing delivery methodology
  • Establish revenue and hiring targets
  • Define job descriptions, roles, and responsibilities
  • Initiate and manage vendor partner relationships
  • Work with regional sales and operations staff to achieve business targets
  • High level management of strategic client relationships
Requirements:
  • BSEE/BSCS or equivalent
  • 5+ years experience in computer telephony field
  • 5+ years experience in professional services delivery
  • Professional services management experience
  • Technical understanding of call center systems - ACD, IVR, CTI middleware, etc.
