- Visual Basic

base/embedded SQL
- Telephony and data
communications
Qualifications:
- Excellent
communication skills
- At least two years
application programming experience in environment with two or
more of above elements
- At least two years
experience in customer phone support and/or training in
environment with two or more of above elements
- PC
Hardware/operating system Familiarity
- Ability to work well
individually and as part of a team
Additional Pluses -
- Telephony experience
(analog, T1, E1, ISDN, SS7
- Unix environment
