Responsibilities
  • Customer Phone Support / Help Desk
  • Creation & installation of customer applications
  • Customer training at client site
  • Travel Required
 
Technical Environment Elements -
  • Windows NT on IBM compatible PC
  • Visual Basic Compatible Language
  • ODBC compatible data base/embedded SQL
  • Telephony and data communications
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • At least two years application programming experience in environment with two or more of above elements
  • At least two years experience in customer phone support and/or training in environment with two or more of above elements
  • PC Hardware/operating system Familiarity
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
Additional Pluses -
  • Telephony experience (analog, T1, E1, ISDN, SS7
  • Unix environment experience
